1 The Long Beach Water Department (hereafter “Department” or “LBWD”) is soliciting proposals from qualified organizations to provide Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Maintenance at various LBWD facilities as described in the proposal and all other related documents for a period of 12 months, with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. Questions due by 10am on 9/24/21.
