Description
The Department of Public Safety (DPS) is requesting bid solicitations for Janitorial Services at the DPS Bowie Area Office location. Service location is 603 Decatur, Bowie, TX 76230 and has a usable square footage of 1,264.81. The service period will be from date of Award through 08/31/2023. This contract may be renewed for one (1) additional two-year period. Note: Contract durations cannot exceed four (4) years, this includes the initial term plus one renewal. Questions are due in writing by 3:00 PM on Sept 17th. Bonds may be required.
