Description
The City of Huntsville is accepting solicitations for firms interested in providing vegetative debris grinding and removal service to include labor and materials. Work is for both ongoing routine vegetative debris management services and as-needed emergency-related debris management services. All grinding to be completed at the City of Huntsville Texas Solid Waste Transfer Facility. Located at 590
I-H 45 N, Huntsville, TX 77320. This contract shall be effective for one year from October 15, 2021 and will expire October 14, 2022. Upon mutual agreement of the parties and contingent upon City Council fund approval for 2022-2023, contract may be extended for a period of one (1) additional year, from October 15, 2022, through
October 14, 2023. Bonds may be required.
