Description
All labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to construct the modernization project at Orchard Dale Elementary School in Whittier. A maximum of two bid packages may be bid and awarded to a single bidding contractor for this project. Bid Packages Included are: BYR21-OD-01 – Demolition and Abatement; BYR21-OD-02 – Site Work; BYR21-OD-03 – General Construction; BYR21-OD-04 – Framing/Rough Carpentry; BYR21-OD-05 – Roofing/Sheet Metal; BYR21-OD-06 – Plaster/Drywall; BYR21-OD-07 – Flooring; BYR21-OD-08 – Plumbing; BYR21-OD-09 – Mechanical/HVAC; BYR21-OD-10 – Electrical/Low Voltage Bonds and pre-qualification required. Prequalification deadline is 10/5/21. Questions due 9/30/21.
