Description
The Orange County Fire Authority is seeking bids from qualified contractors for tenant improvements at two locations: 1. OCFA Fire Station 32 located at 20990 Yorba Linda Blvd., Yorba Linda, CA 92887 and 2. OCFA Fire Station 53 located at 25415 E. La Palma Ave., Yorba Linda, CA 92887. Selective demolition, renovating restrooms, concrete slab work, plumbing, ducting, electrical, combination accessible dorm room and lactation room, reconfig of dorm rooms and lockers, ADA Braille signage, single-occupant toilet and shower restrooms, non-bearing walls and finish systems. Questions are due by 5:00 PM on Sept 23rd. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
