Description

The scope of work includes the complete gut and remodel of all building systems through the first, second, and third floors of the CMHA Administrative Building. This includes, but is not limited to; demo of walls and ceilings, fixtures, furnishings, MEP systems, and roofing systems. Installation of new walls, ceilings, fixtures and furnishings, MEP systems, roofing, and misc. exterior work. Virtual bid opening. Any contractor planning to submit a bid must email Chris Belcastro to obtain a link. MBE goal of 20% and Section 3 goal of 10%. Bonds, insurance & prevailing min wages apply.
