Description
The construction will generally include reconstruction of the intersection of the Paseo Blvd and Independence Ave and removal of the Cliff Drive bridge over the I-29 on ramp. Construction work elements will include: mobilization, removal of existing bridge, pavement and improvements, clearing and grubbing, grading, asphalt concrete paving, portland cement concrete paving, aggregate base, concrete sidewalk, concrete mulit-use path, concrete curb & gutter, storm drainage improvements including pipes, inlets and manholes, street lighting, traffic signal, pavement marking and permanent signing, landscaping (top soling, rain gardens, seeding, sodding, street trees, shrubs), erosion control, traffic control, and appurtenant construction. Prevailing wages. Bonds required. The DBE goal for this project is 14%.
