The Project consists of: Construction of a new approximately 15,000 SF single story Community Center with an additional 2,000 SF Mechanical Mezzanine designed to house the Council on Aging Senior Center and the Town Library as a shared use building. General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the following category of work -- General Building Construction and must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and signed DCAMM Prime Update Statement (Form CQ 3). Sub bids will be received until September 29, 2021 at 2:00pm. Sub trades include Masonry, Miscellaneous and Ornamental Iron, Waterproofing, Damp proofing and Caulking, Roofing and Flashing, Glass and Glazing, Tiling, Acoustical Ceiling, Resilient Flooring, Painting, Fore Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical.
