Concrete pavement construction, water main construction, sanitary force main construction and other incidental items. The project is located at the Southeast Missouri Regional Port Authority in Cape Girardeau and Scott Counties, Missouri. Contractor must affirm that all on-site employees have completed a ten-hour OSHA construction safety program as required under Missouri law (RSMo 292.675).
