Description
The work to be performed hereunder shall include the furnishing of all labor, materials,
tools, transportation, supplies, equipment and appurtenances necessary for the complete and satisfactory construction of the Rural Retreat Farmer’s Market. The work shall include, but is not limited to, sitework, storm drainage, erosion and sediment control, and building construction for a new Farmer’s Market facility. MBE goal 12%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
