Project construction will generally consist of half-street arterial street construction including subgrade and finish grading; drainage facility construction along the corridor include retention basin, storm drains, drainage culverts, headwalls, drainage catch basins, and street scuppers; placement of aggregate base course overlaid with a two course hot mix asphaltic concrete pavement; concrete curb and gutter, vehicular driveway and sidewalk construction; safety rail; traffic signal construction including conduit, pull boxes, cabling, wiring, control cabinets, poles, mast arms, signal heads and indicators, mounting brackets and other associated incidentals; utility conduit trench and installation; street light pole, mast arm, luminaire, wiring, conduit, pull boxes, foundations, ground rods and associated street light system incidentals; pavement markings, signing, and sign posts; landscape plants and irrigation systems; removal of existing improvements; trench and conduit for SRP electrical distribution system underground conversion; 8-inch gas main installation; private irrigation pipes; and other incidental construction and work items normally associated with construction operations.
