Description
Demolition and New Construction: Archer Western is seeking VDOT DBE subcontractors and suppliers for the VDOT Bridges Over I-95 Superstructure Replacement and Rehabilitation Bundling, Design-Build Project. This Project bids on September 22, 2021 at 4PM. The project includes five VDOT owned bridges over I- 95 in the City of Richmond. These five bridges are currently designated as structurally deficient (SD) having a minimum General Condition Rating of 4.
