Description
Additions and Renovations: Project consists of furnishing labor, material, services, and equipment for fabrication, delivery and erection of work as identified in the Contract Documents prepared by Lambe & Associates, LLC, dated 9/1/21. Specific work includes a small addition to the existing building, finishing out an existing second floor shell space for additional living quarters, toilets and a Training room (exercise room), exterior and interior steel stairs, installation of a new septic system and miscellaneous items as shown in the drawings and specs. Bonds required.
