Description

The City of Winter Park is interested in obtaining interior and rooftop plant rental and maintenance services for use at the Winter Park Library and Events Center. The Library is approximately 35,000 square feet, and the Events Center is approximately 13,000 square feet. The City is looking to partner with qualified providers with the necessary resources and experience to provide interior and rooftop plant rental and maintenance services. All interested proposers shall include in their proposal images of containers, names, and sizes of plants and samples, if applicable. The successful Respondent shall inspect, seal, furnish, plant, water, and mulch (if applicable) all plants in the Library and Events Center. Bonds Required. Prevailing Wages.
