Description
Term contract to furnish Manhole Frame Risers on an as needed basis. Manhole Frame Risers are as per attached typical drawing and pricing sheet that are an integral part of this bid. This is a three (3) year contract subject to annual renewals provided all terms, conditions and prices remain
unchanged and the vendor is in agreement. Prices contained herein shall be firm for each renewal term of the contract. The City reserves the right to re-bid at the end of any one year period. To be delivered at: Water/Sewer Warehouse, 901 Riverview Dr., Johnson City, TN 37601
