Preconstruction services, full building new construction and renovation of existing Terminal Building as needed: site work, underground utilities, foundation, piers, concrete & steel structure, building enclosure, MEP, jet bridge installation, full interior finish out. DBE subcontracting goal 2%. Insurance and Compliance Plan required. 670 calendar days duration.
