ELS Construction is seeking subcontractor bids for ground-up construction of Scooter's Coffee at 4045 Lamar Ave, Paris TX (638 SF) for the following trades: Acoustical Ceilings, Concrete Flooring (Includes Epoxy), Concrete, Demolition, Doors / Frames / Hardware, Earthwork / Excavation / Site Work ,Electrical, Erosion Control / SWPPP, Final Clean, Finish Carpentry / Millwork / Fixturing, Flagpoles, Glass & Mirrors, HVAC, Lab / Materials Testing, Landscaping / Irrigation, Lumber, Masonry, Painting, Plumbing, Roofing, Roof - Sheet Metal, Site Utilities / Underground Utilities, Striping, Surveying, Temporary Fencing, Tinting, Toilet Accessories. All proposals should be sent to [email protected]. All proposal submissions should include a copy of your company’s W-9. Failure to comply with this request may disqualify you from winning the project.
