Project description: Provide a new low sloped membrane roof and associated work for the South Waste District Building at its location at 828 Kerr Street South Bend, IN. The project entails a complete removal of the existing roof, new insulation, flashings and accessories per the plans and specifications. The proposed roof is approximately 11,000 SF of low slope membrane. Bonds required.
