Second Street Pedestrian Improvements, Chelsea, MA

The City of Chelsea is inviting bids for the labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the Second Street Pedestrian Improvements. The proposed pedestrian improvements project includes the reconstruction of approximately 100 feet of Second Street between Broadway and Park Street to elevate the roadway to the existing sidewalk level, ADA pedestrian curb ramps and sidewalk, texturized synthetic pavement, and minor landscaping work. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, supervision, and incidentals required to complete the work specified herein and on the plans.
