Champion Heavens Subdivision Construction of Water, Wastewater & Drainage Facilities, Harris Co., TX

This Contract is to include furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision necessary to construct Water, Wastewater and Drainage Facilities, Detention Pond, Ancillary Structures, Pavement and Grading as shown on the plans and as per contract documents. Generally, the work includes: (1) Installation of water, wastewater and drainage facilities to the lines and grades as shown on the plans. Maintain and install Trench Safety Protection throughout the construction process. (2) Mark all wastewater service leads, manholes, valves and flushing valves clearly at the completion of construction. (3) Test water and wastewater lines according to City of Houston and TCEQ requirements. (4) Construction of Detention Pond, Ancillary structures, Pavement, and Grading as shown on the plans and as per Harris County Specifications. (5) Surplus excavated material from installation of pipes, pavement and Detention Pond will be placed on adjacent lots. Imported fill, if required will be provided and graded as per plans and contract documents. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
