Description
The project consists of land improvements for a new 70,000 sq.ft. Sheriff’s Office and Jail. The work of this phase includes foundations, slab-on-grade concrete and underslab utilities for the new building. The project is “fast track” and will include additional bidding phases at a later date. Bonds required.
