The following General Scope of Services and Tasks is not intended to be inclusive of the work to provide permitted and constructible plans for the Water Production Facility. WUP modification associated with permitting and siting two (2) water supply wells. The site plan shall including modification of the previously conceived WPF plan, to provide for future One Water DPR facility and Polk Regional Water Cooperative Facilities on the site. Review water quality analysis associated with blending finished waters from multiple sources. Update hydraulic models with anticipated residential flow demands and future industrial flows. Verify equipment sizing including electrical, pumps and chemical systems. Update survey and geotechnical report to incorporate the entire parcel. Update the Environmental Assessment conducted in 2015. 8. Update the 2016 Preliminary Design Report (PDR). The PDR will be updated to provide information on the siting of the Water Production Facility (WPF) modified plant layout, anticipated plant capacity and potential expansion needs, blending options/recommendations, well siting, updated geotechnical report, and modifications to the design plans. Complete the design of the WPF, including water supply wells, supply piping, distribution piping and blending facilities necessary to receive raw water from the PRWC. Provide permitting, bidding, and construction services for the WPF, supply wells, and associated pipelines. Support the City in any grant opportunities and submission to Florida Department of Environmental Protection, State Revolving Fund program, and/or American Rescue Plan Act. Bonds Required.
