Five-Year Contract: Automated and Manual Security Gates Maintenance, Operators and Controllers, Nashville TN

Seeking proposals from qualified companies to provide preventive maintenance and installation service for manual and automated security gates and on an on-call basis provide repair of security gates, gate operators and controllers at several METRO locations. It is anticipated that several METRO departments including but not limited to, General Services, Nashville DOT (formerly Public Works), Parks & Recreation, and METRO Water Services, will be utilizing the services provided in this resulting contract. The contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, material, equipment and supplies necessary to perform the services. The Contractor is responsible for providing proper equipment, tools, and trained personnel to fully execute the requirements of this contract scope. The objective of this Request for Proposal is to enter a five-year contract(s) with qualified companies to provide services as identified in this RFP in the most cost-effective, professional and efficient way to METRO. Bonds required.
