Description
The Maryland Environmental Service is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified Contractors to complete fuel conversion tasks at the Eastern Correctional Institution Cogeneration Facility. The objective of this project is to convert the cogeneration facility from firing wood chips and No. 2 Fuel Oil to fire Natural Gas and No. 2 Fuel Oil by December 2021. The project is located at the ECI Cogeneration Facility, 30420 Revells Neck Road, Westover, Maryland 21890. Q&A due by 1pm, 9/9/21. MBE goal 17%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
