ELA Playground Equipment and Installation, Calhoun GA

The Calhoun Early Learning Academy has two sites (one on the north end and one on the south end of the building) slated for playgrounds and open play area (see Attachment A for site plan). These sites are 80’x136’ on the north end and 90’x136’ on the south end. This RFP asks that vendors submit multiple playground options for these two locations. The north end playground should be suitable for students ages 3-7 and will serve approximately 300 students daily. The south end playground should be suitable for ages 5-9 and will serve approximately 300 students daily. The proposal should include all playground equipment for both sites, surfacing options, and installation costs. The total proposal should not exceed a total cost of $400,000 for the scope of the entire project. Preference will be given to vendors providing multiple options at multiple price points, not to exceed $400,000.
