Bridge Replacement SR 6 over Vandermark Creek, Milford, PA

For the improvement of certain section of highways and bridges in Pike County, Milford Borough and Milford Township, Commonwealth Of Pennsylvania, State Route 0006, Section 475. The proposed culvert rehabilitation will include replacement of the existing downstream wingwalls, concrete repairs (patching), and placement of scour protection countermeasures. A temporary access road will be built on the downstream side of the culvert to complete the proposed repairs. The project includes minimal approach roadway work with no changes to the horizontal alignment and profile. The pavement work will include reconstruction of the eastbound shoulder and mill and overlay operations that will maintain existing lane and shoulder widths. The existing travel lane widths vary from 11’-0” to 12’-0”, including an 11’-0” turning lane. The existing 5’-0” westbound shoulder width will be maintained and a 5’-0” eastbound shoulder will be reconstructed. All work contained within an overall length of 744.26 linear feet (0.141 miles) as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package. Prequalification required. Prevailing wages apply.
