Description
Specifications for labor and materials required to perform services for Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Mechanical Equipment which includes temperature and humidity controls at various locations, as directed by the Commissioner of Public Works for fiscal year beginning October 1, 2021 and ending June 30, 2022. These bids will also be for preventative maintenance and repair services for HVAC at various locations. Bids will be based on an hourly rate for emergency maintenance with an estimated allowance for cost of materials. The contractor shall perform work on services on HVAC and temperature and humidity controls at various locations as directed by the commissioner of Public Works or his designee.
