Granger Park Playground Design and Installation, La Grange, GA

1. The City of LaGrange is soliciting proposals for the design, supply and installation of playground equipment at the Granger Park. 2. The City of LaGrange is seeking to establish an accessible playground that meets 36 CFR Part 1191, the standards for accessibility by the U.S. Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board. 3. Work shall include the design, provision and installation of playground equipment and site amenities meeting specifications noted herein. 4. Work shall include installation of a safety surface comprised of engineered wood fiber at a depth necessary to meet the critical fall height for the equipment proposed. Subsurface drainage improvements will be by others. 5. The playground contractor / vendor is responsible for coordinating with the general contractor to ensure the subsurface drainage system functions correctly as designed. Commencement of installation of playground equipment denotes acceptance of existing conditions as constructed by the General Contractor.
