The Atlanta-region Transit Link Authority (ATL) is issuing this Invitation to Bid (ITB) to firms who are prequalified with the Georgia Dept. of Transportation (GDOT) for construction work to perform construction of the Sugarloaf Xpress Park and Ride Lot in Gwinnett County.
