SBE/WBE/MBE 10%, In general, the work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals for construction of the following work: * Eight (8) private offices for manager level HR personnel * Two (2) private offices for manager level Security personnel * Two (2) private offices for manager level Audit personnel * Thirteen (13) cubicles for non-supervisory HR personnel * One (1) cubicle for non-supervisory Security personnel * Two (2) cubicles for non-supervisory Audit personnel * Two (2) workstations for HR interns and other temporary personnel * HR conference room with video conferencing capabilities * HR file storage area * HR material and equipment storage room * Building system upgrades including HVAC, tele/data, electrical power and fire suppression sprinkler systems.
