Description

The renovation of approximately 1,290 SF at the City of Vallejo Housing Authority lobby, 200 Georgia Street. The scope includes the following: demolition of interior walls, ceiling, light fixtures, HVAC, and finishes; provide new partitions, doors, finishes, lighting, and power/data; replace existing entry doors; modify HVAC, electrical, lighting, and data infrastructure; re-stripe parking lot; install new parking lot signage; abatement of hazardous materials; and all ancillary work associated with the renovation of the space. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. Term is 40 working days.
