Interior & Exterior Lighting Maintenance Services, Aliso Viejo, CA

Provide Interior & Exterior Lighting Maintenance Services for City Hall, Iglesia Community Center, Aliso Viejo Center, Aliso Viejo Aquatics Center, and The Aliso Viejo Ranch. The Lighting maintenance services will be provided once per month. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. The Specific service to be performed are described below: • LED upgrade as requested • Replace defective lamps as needed. • Replace defective ballasts for all such lamps as required. • Repair wiring, contactors, and time clocks which control all common area lighting and outdoor lights as needed. • Replace lamps holders, sockets, and brackets as required. • Clean lenses, diffusers, and refactors as the time of lamp replacements. • Replace cracked and broken lenses as required. • Notify and provide the City with proposals to replace significant equipment or items related to potential liability involving electrical systems. • All personnel working on the systems will be qualified electricians and will have the ability to use a lift truck. • Additional services shall be performed on an as-needed basis as directed by the City
