Description
The Contractor shall provide on-call, as-needed, or emergency basis labor, materials, tools, equipment, taxes, and incidentals necessary to repair California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) state-owned residences and building, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, electrical systems, and miscellaneous work of state-owned buildings and infrastructure. Agreement shall also include semi-annual inspection of preventive maintenance on nine (9) HVAC units. All work shall meet the applicable codes referenced herein and shall be completed by the Contractor provided they have the appropriate license. Repairs outside the scope of the Contractor's license shall be by Sub-contractors with the appropriate Contractor's licenses and shall adhere to the rules governing subcontracting. Term is through 6/30/24.
