Description
The work required by the contract plans and specifications shall include, but is not limited to, all work as generally described: Orville Road Engineered Log Jam Setback Revetment Phase 2C Year 2, Project 1425: The work includes but is not limited to the following items of work, improvements along the left bank of the Puyallup River between River Mile 27.4 to 28.4 and includes the construction of (40) engineered logjams, consisting of driven un-treated timber piles, large wood, chain lashing, racking, slash, and dolos (8-ton precast concrete units). It also includes approximately 2,800 linear feet of existing levee removal, and the construction of an approximate 150 LF ‘Levee Terminus’ section consisting of large onsite salvaged levee rock. The Contract Time shall be two-hundred twenty-five (225) working days following the "Notice to Proceed." Bonds Required. Prevailing Wages.
