Description
The proposed work includes: Resurfacing and ADA improvements along Winghaven Blvd from MO N to South of Hammack Rd. All bidders must be on MoDOT’s Qualified Contractor List per Section 102.2 of the Missouri Standard Specifications for highway Construction, 2021 Edition including all revisions. Bonds required. Prevailing wages. The DBE goal for this project is 14%. No 2nd tier subcontracting will be allowed on this project.
