The Contractor shall be required to furnish all labor, materials, tools and other equipment, services and supervision required to complete all exterior and interior painting and wall covering work. The Work shall also include, but not necessarily be limited to surface preparation of substrates as required for acceptance of painting, including cleaning, small crack repair, patching, caulking, priming, sizing and spackling. The Contractor shall uniformly apply paint coatings without runs, drips, or sags without brush marks and with consistent sheen. Apply coatings at spreading rate required to achieve the manufacturers recommended dry film thickness. Regardless of number of coats specified, apply as many coats as necessary for the complete hide, and uniform appearance. Bonds and Prevailing wages apply.
