Description
The provision of Roof Repair, Replacement and Maintenance for the Department of Public Works, the Department of Parks and Recreation plus the respective NJ Purchasing Alliance Cooperative Members for the twelve (12) month period commencing on or about date of award with two (2) twelve (12) month renewal options. The successful bidder(s) must be qualified to perform repairs, demolish construction materials and install all
types of roofing systems, including, but not limited to: SBS (Styrene Butadiene Styrene) modified roofing system (3-ply minimum), Built up roofing systems: hot tar applied or cold adhesive applied, Single membrane Roofing Systems: EPDM, TPO, etc. (60 mil., reinforced), Fiberglass reinforced asphaltic shingles (280 lb. min.), Silicone Roofing System - “Tri-Built Roof & Tender System #985” or an approved equal type of system. Prevailing wages apply.
