Auraria Higher Education Center 2022 Academic Space Improvements, Denver, CO

Metropolitan State University of Denver (MSU Denver or University) invites submittals from qualified Architect/Engineer (A/E) firms for services associated with planned improvements in approximately 150 academic spaces across the Auraria campus, for execution May 16, 2022 through August 19, 2022. This will be the largest academic space improvement project completed in the history of the University and will greatly improve the overall quality of our learning spaces portfolio. The 2022 Academic Space Improvements project will broadly improve the quality of MSU Denver proprietary learning spaces across the Auraria campus. Many of these learning spaces have not seen significant improvements in over 40 years. The project will create a higher and more consistent level of experiential quality across the space portfolio, allowing for more effective instructional delivery that results in better educational outcomes for students. Spaces will be improved in both MSU Denver owned and Auraria Higher Education Center (AHEC) shared buildings.
