Description
The project is a repair / replacement of damaged tile roofing materials and replacement of headwall and sidewall flashings, and gutter repairs. The St. Cajetan’s Building was constructed in 1930s and is a historic building of mixed-use consisting of administrative office spaces, a performance area with stage, restrooms, and storage space. The design is to replace damaged roof tiles and replace the worn out headwall and sidewall flashing, and to reseal the gutters. Contractor must be able to source the historic tile materials; none are available from AHEC. AHEC anticipates awarding a contract in early October 2021 with a 60 day construction schedule, the work must be completed before winter conditions apply. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
