Description
All labor, materials, and equipment needed to provide the City of Trenton with roofing repairs at the Carver Center. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. This contract is being funded in whole or in part by the Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG), provided by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and administered by the City of Trenton’s Department of Housing and Economic Development. All federal CDBG requirements will apply. Federal and state labor compliance apply. Completion of work: 90 calendar fays from "notice to proceed.
