Description
The County of Burlington seeks proposals for the provision of residential maintenance services. Program services include but are not limited to: Replacing door locks, repair or installation of door and window locks, peep holes, safety lighting, automatic light timers, window pinning, carbon monoxide detectors, caulking windows, changing screens, housing improvements which may deter crime, minor repairs to appliances which are necessary, and minor home repairs or other housing improvements which are necessary. The contractor or subcontractor agrees to make good faith efforts to meet targeted county employment goals established in accordance with N.J.A.C. 17:27-5.2. et seq.
