Construction Manager for Federally Funded Water / Sewer Projects, El Paso County, CO

El Paso County (“County”) is soliciting proposals and Statements of Qualifications (SOQ’s) from professional construction management firms with the expertise to provide assistance in obtaining all facets of project development which may not be limited to, surveying, engineering, preliminary design, final design, permitting, bidding and award, construction management/administration/observation, materials/acceptance testing and ensuring accountability, transparency, and compliance with all federal requirements necessary to assist the County with Federally Funded Water/Sewer Projects. The services described in this RFP are being funded through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). El Paso County has complete oversight of the project. The successful firm (Consultant) shall enter into a Services Contract with the County to provide the services outlined herein. The services (Work) requested in this RFP primarily include project coordination, project management, engineering, conceptual and preliminary design, final design, bidding and award, construction management/administration/observation, and ensuring accountability, transparency, and compliance with all federal requirements. The Consultant should also be familiar with State Revolving Funding requirements.
