Description

Summary: removal and disposal of existing auditorium seating during the specific timeframe of 12/6/21 to 12/10/21 and the delivery and install of fixed padded and upholstered chairs as specified, floor mounted, with self-lifting seat which raises automatically to a uniform 3/4 fold position during the specific timeframe of 2/21/22 to 2/25/22. It is anticipated that the demolition work will commence December 6, 2021 through December 10, 2021. It is anticipated that the receipt and installation of new seating will occur February 21, 2022 through February 25, 2022. It is anticipated that all work will be substantially complete by February 28, 2022. DCAMM Certification as a General Contractor for this project is required. Deadline for questions is September 28, 2021 by 10:00am. Bonds and prevailing wages
