The Utah Transit Authority (“UTA) is issuing this RFP to obtain a development partner for the future transit oriented development of 1.5 acres located at 7900 South State Street, Midvale Utah. The successful proposer will enter into an exclusive negotiation agreement (ENA) with UTA which will allow it to negotiate a Master Development Agreement.
