Description

The construction of extending Dean Drive south from its current cul-de-sac to connect with Foster Drive. The Dean Drive extension to Foster Drive and the reconstruction and widening of Foster Drive and Dean Drive east will have a curb and gutter section and dedicated bike lanes in both direction, including a new closed storm drainage system with curb and field inlets. There will be a bioretention basin and outfall on the west corner of the Dean Drive Extension and Foster Drive intersection. An 8” water line will be installed as part of the Dean Drive Extension to the water main on Foster Drive. The existing 24” water main along Foster Drive and Dean Drive East will be replaced by a 36” water main as part of this project. New sidewalks will be installed on both sides Dean Drive extension and on the north side of Dean Drive East. Q&A due 7 days prior to bid. Bonds required.
