Description
The City seeks Proposals to establish a time & materials term contract with a qualified contractor to provide professional roof maintenance, repair, retrofit, replacement services, including waterproofing planters, decks, plazas, canopies, patios & all other associated roof services on an as-needed basis. The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials (unless provided by the City), tools & equipment required to provide such services specified in the solicitation. Q&A due by 2pm, 9/29/21. Bonds may be required.
