Description
The City of Chesapeake is soliciting bids from qualified bidders for demolition of the listed
improvements (see below) for the City’s Department of Public Utilities at 4317A Cromwell Court, Chesapeake, VA 23325. The Contractor shall provide: A. All permits, services, equipment, etc. to demolish the improvements at the following location: a. 4317 A Cromwell Court, with a driveway between 4317 and 4319 Cromwell Court, Chesapeake, VA 23325. This property consists of three structures to be demolished: A one-story concrete block building, wood shed and a water storage tank foundation. The building is approximately 1640 SF and was formerly a treatment facility and pump house, so it will contain metal pipe, well pumps, and other equipment. Both building and tank foundation will likely contain reinforcing steel. Note: The water storage tank has been removed. Q&A due by 11am, 9/17/21.
