Description
The project consists of renovation of existing pool bathhouse including interior work to
create relocated ADA compliant men's and women's rooms, upgraded building systems, first aid room, staff locker room, family changing rooms, new finishes and increased storage space. Physical work will be done during the facility fall/winter/spring off-season and be completed for use in summer 2022. Sub bids will be received until October 6, 2021 at 12:00pm. Sub trades include Masonry, Painting, Plumbing and Electrical. All Bidders, both Sub and General, for this project are required to be certified with the Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) for the work they are bidding on, and must submit with the bid an update of their respective qualifications. The General Bidder shall have DCAMM certification in the category of General Building Construction. The work is to be accomplished within 180 calendar days of a notice to proceed. M/WBE goal is 10.4% and SDVOB goal is 3%. Bonds and prevailing wages
