Description
The project consists of improvements to Sunderland Riverside Park and Boat Ramp. The boat ramp work consists of the addition of a new 4 foot wide asphalt sidewalk, 1 foot rip rap gutter, asphalt berm, associated grading, erosion control and plantings, along the boat ramp drive. All work will take place within FEMA Flood Area and Riverfront Area, this part of the project includes an order of conditions with Sunderland Conservation Commission. The Park work consists of (3) separate asphalt areas, tree plantings, picnic tables and
Native Vegetation Mitigation Area, Two new asphalt walkways leading to the existing dugouts. Repave the asphalt walkway and pad leading to the existing bathroom building.(3) Tree planting and picnic tables at picnic area. Add alternate, Native Vegetation Mitigation Area 2. And other site improvements required for or incidental to the construction of the Site Improvements. The scope of work shall include furnishing and/or installation of all materials required to complete the improvements at the site, including but not limited to all clearing, grubbing, excavation, erosion control, gravel, pavement, concrete, topsoil, drainage, site furnishings & improvements, planting, seeding, coordination with appropriate utility companies. The limit of work shall include all work within the boundaries noted on the plans, and any required associated grading and utility work outside these boundaries, and drainage systems as indicated on the plans.
