Description
The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) is soliciting bids from ready-mix concrete plants, which are VDOT approved, to provide on-call, as needed hydraulic cement concrete (ready-mix concrete) to various work locations/routes within Botetourt and Roanoke counties in the Salem District, including all towns and cities where routes are maintained by VDOT. Bidder’s concrete plant listed shall be within a 45 mile radius of the Salem Residency located at 714 S. Broad St, Salem, VA 24153. The initial contract period will be one (1) year with the beginning date of August 1, 2021, with an option for two (2) consecutive, one (1) year renewals. Q&A due by 5pm, 9/15/21.
